- The console update for ACC adds 95 liveries from the 2025 GT World Challenge season.
- These include 86 liveries from GTWC Europe and nine liveries from the GTWC America series.
A free update is now available for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of Assetto Corsa Competizione, adding a total of 95 new liveries.
The latest patch offers 95 liveries from the European and American GT World Challenge series – 86 from the European GTWC and nine from the American GTWC. Beyond that, the update does not appear to contain any additional new content.
Back in December 2025, developer Kunos Simulazioni had released a corresponding update for the PC version of Assetto Corsa Competizione, which was considered the title's final major update at the time. This now appears to apply to the console version in the same way.
At SimRacing Expo 2025, Marco Massarutto, co-founder and managing director of Kunos Simulazioni, hinted that the game would not receive any further major expansions apart from a livery pack: “As far as the game is concerned, we are focused on providing the 2025 livery set for this season. However, the team's entire effort is focused on Assetto Corsa EVO.”
Ultimately, this means that active development of Assetto Corsa Competizione is largely complete and Kunos Simulazioni is now focusing entirely on its successor, Assetto Corsa EVO. This title is also scheduled for release on consoles, but only after the PC version reaches development status v1.0. Since the Early Access version is currently still at v0.7, a console release is not expected in the near future.
Highlights of the 2025 season update for Assetto Corsa Competizione
Notable content in the 2025 season update includes the Porsche of Rutronik Racing with Endurance Cup winners Alessio Picariello, Sven Müller and Patric Niederhauser, as well as Team WRT's BMW M4 GT3 Evo with team champions Charles Weerts and Kelvin Van Der Linde.
For fans of Max Verstappen, the livery update also includes the Ferrari 296 GT3 of Emil Frey Racing/Verstappen.com Racing, driven in GTWC Europe Sprint Gold Cup by winners Thierry Vermeulen and Chris Lulham.
