Only 77 examples of the race car will be produced, each priced at just over 1 million US dollars plus VAT. Various customization options are also available. The racing-focused car is characterized by a distinctive exhaust note produced by its engine derived from the 911 GT3 R.

With rear-wheel drive and an output of 620 hp, the "rennsport" is expected to present a significant challenge in Assetto Corsa Evo when version 0.6 is released. It will be found there alongside the road cars Lamborghini Countach LP5000 QV and Ferrari 288 GTO.

In addition, at least two GT3 cars are in preparation, with the Ford Mustang and Ferrari 296 already confirmed. Another car will also be unveiled before the build is released, while Sebring International Raceway has already been confirmed as a track.
