The new R16 Ultra with 16 Nm of torque combines current technology with Moza's latest design. The new entry-level R5 Pro, on the other hand, delivers a constant torque of 6 Nm despite its model designation.
  • Moza replaces the previous R5 wheelbase with the 6 Nm R5 Pro and is also introducing new bundles.
  • The 16 Nm R16 Ultra features a revised design and improved internal components.

Moza Racing has expanded its product range with new sim racing hardware.

The focus is on the two updated direct-drive wheelbases, the R16 Ultra and R5 Pro. Both models are available now.

Moza Racing R5 Pro and SRP Lite2 pedals

  • The R5 Pro replaces the previous R5 model as the entry-level sim racing package and offers a constant torque of 6 Nm.
  • The bundle with wheelbase, round racing wheel, and pedals is available for €419.
  • Alternatively, a version with a truck steering wheel is offered for €529.
  • The SRP Lite2 pedals have also received a visual redesign.

The previous R5 wheelbase was positioned in the entry-level segment of Moza's product range. The model was originally introduced in 2022 and established itself both as a standalone product and in a bundle with a wheel and pedals.

It is now being replaced by the R5 Pro. Regardless of its designation, this model offers 6 Nm of torque, increasing performance over its predecessor, the R5, which was rated at 5.5 Nm, by 0.5 Nm.

Moza specifies this value as constant torque rather than maximum peak torque. In addition, the R5 Pro is equipped with a new 21-bit magnetic encoder. According to the manufacturer, it is designed to precisely reproduce subtle changes in grip, road surface conditions, and vehicle balance.

The Moza R5 Pro Racing Simulator includes the wheelbase, a round ES Lite steering wheel, SRP Lite2 pedals without a load-cell brake, and a table clamp. The package is available for €419.

Moza also offers the R5 Pro Truck Driving Simulator. In this variant, the already familiar TSW Truck Wheel replaces the round sim racing steering wheel. The price is €529.

The SRP Lite2 pedals have also been updated, although only a few technical details have been published so far. Moza promises a refined driving experience. The newly designed pedal plates with a greater number of openings are also noticeable. An optional brake performance kit and a performance kit for the throttle and clutch pedals are expected to be available.

Moza R16 Ultra wheelbase

  • Mid-range direct-drive wheelbase with 16 Nm of torque.
  • Revised internal components and a new design already known from the R21 and R25 Ultra models.
  • Price: €549.

The R16 Ultra replaces one of the longest-standing models in Moza's range of direct-drive wheelbases. The original R16 model was introduced in 2021 and updated as a V2 version in 2023.

Externally, the R16 Ultra is now based on the current R21 and R25 Ultra models, which were introduced last year. Its defining features include the distinctive side cooling fins and integrated LED lighting.

Inside is a 16 Nm flat-wire motor, also used in the R21 and R25 models. The features are complemented by a 600 MHz processor and the NexGen FFB Algorithm 4.0. According to Moza, these components should enable lower latency and more detailed force feedback at a higher frequency.

The Moza R16 Ultra is available for €549.

In addition, on July 28, 2026, Moza will launch its first motion sim racing device, an AI-powered motion feedback system, and an AI driving coach.
