As of today, June 4, 2026, a free update for “Le Mans Ultimate” is available, featuring 2026-season cars, new liveries, and track improvements. In addition, an LMP3 car is being offered outside a paid DLC pack for the first time, expanding the range of available multiplayer races.
Publisher Motorsport Games describes this update, v1.3.3, as “smaller than usual”, presumably because it lacks new gameplay features or an extensive list of changes. Given the additions included, however, this description seems rather understated.
Adess AD25 opens up LMP3 multiplayer
Leading the way is a previously little-known Portuguese LMP3 car, which joins the three models already available from Duqueine, Ginetta, and Ligier.
This is likely the most significant new feature of the current update, as it is the first free LMP3 car – until now, the entire vehicle category had been reserved exclusively for paid content.
This now means that the daily beginner races include the LMP3 class. In addition, it can be expected that more participants will enter this category in the higher-tier multiplayer races as well.
Since the release of the first paid LMP3 model in September last year and the addition of the final model in March this year – completing the Season Pass for the European Le Mans Series – Le Mans Ultimate has been the only sim-racing title to feature not only LMP3 cars in current specification, but also all four models that exist in real life.
The Adess has never been used in the ELMS, which is why this is a fictional livery design, even though the car was entered for the Le Mans Cup, a support series of the ELMS.
Toyota TR010 (2026) and BMW M Hybrid V8 “Evo”
Two distinctive “Joker” cars in the Hypercar class are also available free of charge. Here, the term “Joker” refers to the homologation upgrade system.
BMW's M Hybrid V8 has received an “Evo” update that includes a significantly revised aerodynamic package, particularly recognizable by its redesigned front end. With this Le Mans Ultimate update, the car makes its sim-racing debut.
The same applies to the extensively revised Toyota TR010, which features a completely new body compared with the previous GR010. It can be assumed that these models will behave similarly in the simulation to their predecessor variants.
As for the Genesis GMR-001 LMDh, it should be noted that this car was already integrated into the game free of charge at the beginning of the year.
The revised Alpine A424 and the Cadillac V-Series.R with its lowered rear wing are not yet included, however. Both cars are demonstrably in development and are expected to be integrated into the game over the course of the year with a version 1.4 update.
2026-season liveries
As the official game of the FIA World Endurance Championship, “Le Mans Ultimate” offers faithfully recreated cars, tracks, and liveries.
The current update therefore provides all current season liveries for the Hypercar and LMGT3 classes. As with previous season updates, the LMP2 cars are expected to be added at a later date, along with most of the special designs for the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
At least one of these special liveries has already made its way into the game, however: the Genesis's Magma Orange design intended for next week's race has already been recreated virtually.
Three vehicle upgrades to LMGT3 Evo specification
Another sim-racing debut concerns the Ford Mustang GT3 Evo, which is now available in Le Mans Ultimate. Among other features, it can be identified by the additional dive planes at the front corners of the car.
In addition, the Ferrari 296 GT3 Evo – with additional air intakes in the hood – is available, as is the 2026 upgrade for the Porsche 911 (992) GT3 R, recognizable by the air extractors mounted on the front fenders.
The Ford is included in the base game, while the two additional LMGT3 Evo upgrades are available to players who have already purchased the corresponding DLC packs for the base cars.
Goodyear bridge
As announced at the beginning of this week, the Dunlop bridge at the Circuit de la Sarthe, first erected in 1932, will no longer remain. For this year's race, sponsorship has been switched to rival tire manufacturer Goodyear. This change – along with further track adjustments – is now also reflected in the game.
Among other things, the update also includes native support for the Polish language. Further information on the title's “non-European” Season Pass is expected on July 4. 24-hour multiplayer events are set to follow “at a later date after the full release of version 1.4”.
