Circuit de la Sarthe, venue of the real-world 24 Hours of Le Mans, is switching this season from the traditional Dunlop Bridge to Goodyear. This is part of what the event organizer, the Automobile Club de l’ Ouest, describes as “strategic improvements.”
The landmark had borne the name Dunlop since 1932. Dunlop belonged to the same group as Goodyear until early 2025.
The new branding has already been implemented in Le Mans Ultimate; a social media video shows the updated signage around the racetrack.
The footage was recorded from the perspective of a bumper camera, meaning the vehicle being used cannot be identified. Acoustically, it resembles the Toyota LMH. The now-outdated GR010 is already included in the simulation, although it could also be the first sound sample of the TR010 planned for 2026.
As the official game of the FIA World Endurance Championship and the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the title currently includes all top-class vehicles from the 2023 to 2025 seasons. The brand-new Genesis GMR-001 LMDh was even integrated recently, before it had made its debut on the real-world racetrack.
“We expect to be able to inform you about our plans for next season’s Season Pass at [the 24 Hours of] Le Mans in June,” explained Stephen Hood, CEO of Motorsport Games, at the beginning of the year. The race takes place from June 10 to 14.
