NASCAR 26 now has a confirmed release window (September), a confirmed cover star (Kyle Larson), a confirmed race track (Qualcomm Circuit), and a new officially announced feature (burnouts as a victory celebration).
While further information on gameplay elements and video footage is still pending – the game's Instagram story recently hinted at recordings for promotional videos –, the full soundtrack has now been revealed.
The 19-track song selection covers a broad range of genres – from T.I.'s bass-heavy “LET ‘EM KNOW” to the distinctive Southern sounds of “Sweet Home Alabama” by Lynyrd Skynyrd.
Fans of 2000s American nu metal are likely to be particularly pleased to see Alien Ant Farm included (albeit with a newer 2026 track, “Reasons”). The retro rockers from Papa Roach are also represented, though not with “Last Resort”, but with “Wake Up Calling”.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. is an executive at iRacing and had previously called on NASCAR fans via social media to submit song suggestions. In this context, he spoke of the possibility of “deciding for yourself what you want to hear and what you don't”.
A song by the Hot Skillet Lickers about his late father, who was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame, is included on the soundtrack as a tribute to “The Intimidator”.
