This kit is compatible with the Raceline III and Raceline LTE pedal sets and includes a brake pedal equipped with a load cell. Unlike the conventional, travel-dependent pedal on the Raceline, the load cell measures the applied pressure of up to 100 kg (220 lb), thereby ensuring more precise and effective braking.
In addition to the load sensor, the Raceline LC upgrade kit includes another spring, an elastomer buffer, a metal plate for each pedal, and anthracite-colored metal pedal faces for the clutch and accelerator pedals.
With the included springs and elastomer buffer, the maximum braking force can be adjusted in four stages from 25 to 100 kg (55 to 220 lb). In addition, a preload adjuster allows the force to be fine-tuned in increments of 11 lb (5 kg).
Further adjustments are available via the “My Thrustmaster Panel” software or the Race-Dash display of the T598 steering wheel, including settings for pedal travel, the dead zone, and response curves.
The Raceline LC upgrade kit is available on Thrustmaster's website for €139.99 and is compatible with all Thrustmaster force feedback wheel bases for PC.
On consoles, it works with all Thrustmaster force feedback wheel bases, except the T500, thanks to the RJ45 cable and RJ12 converter.
