A third car has now been officially confirmed for the next Early Access update of Assetto Corsa EVO – a choice that was somewhat expected.
The 2018 Porsche 935 (which is also featured in “Assetto Corsa Competizione”) was recently announced as part of the same additions for “Version 0.7”. The Porsche 911 GT2 RS Clubsport Evo is based on the same underlying vehicle, but features a less retro-inspired body.
Both the Porsche 935 (2018) and the GT2 RS Clubsport Evo competed against each other in the same GT2 class and were available as DLC content in ACC.
However, the key difference from the “Competizione” model lies in the “Evo” kit, which includes a revised aerodynamic package – most notably recognizable by the modified front splitter.
The two Porsche models will be joined by at least the Nissan 240Z. In addition, a new safety rating system for multiplayer mode based on distance or proximity was introduced today (May 29, 2026). A specific release date for Version 0.7 has not yet been announced.
Assetto Corsa EVO v0.7 content confirmed so far
- Datsun 240Z
- Porsche 935 (2018)
- Porsche 911 GT2 RS Clubsport Evo
